Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear, customized items, or any product where the original tags have been removed. This includes select Indo-Western Sets with delicate embroidery that might show signs of trial wear.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Photos of the items you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Approval & Shipping Instructions

Within 24-48 hours, our customer service will email you:

  • Return authorization
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return address (for non-US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return approval
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color changes on the same item):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Free shipping for exchanges (standard shipping method)

Special Note for International Customers: For returns outside the US, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Duties and taxes on original shipments are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Lehenga or Salwar Suit arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
  • You may keep the original item if return shipping is prohibitive
