- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Tracking information will be emailed once your Kurta Set or Lehenga begins its journey to you.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit for ethnic wear like our exquisite Bandi Sets or Indo-Western creations can sometimes require adjustments. Our 15-day return window gives you time to ensure your purchase meets expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality preservation, we cannot accept returns on:
- Innerwear
- Customized items
- Products with removed tags
- Select Indo-Western Sets with delicate embroidery showing trial wear

- Prepaid return label (US customers)
- International return address (non-US customers)

After we receive and inspect your return:

Special Notes
International Customers:
You’re responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend trackable services). Duties/taxes on original shipments are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective Items:
If your Lehenga or Salwar Suit arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange free return/replacement or may advise keeping the item if return shipping is prohibitive.
